I am a seventh generation Columbian with 12 years in the Real Estate Business. I attended Dreher High School and majored in Architectural Engineering in College.
I have renovated 1.5 million dollars in real estate in the Columbia area. Design is a passion of mine. I currently serve as a board member for the Columbia Design League, a design oriented subgroup of the Columbia Museum of Art.
I am very active in neighborhoods in Columbia. I have served as President of The Eau Claire Community Council, an umbrella organization for 42 historic neighborhoods. I am currently President of the Windemere Springs Neighborhood Organization. I also served on the board of Habitat 29203, an affordable housing study group for the City of Columbia. This spring I will be appointed to the board of the Eau Claire Development Corporation, an arm of the City of Columbia's re-development efforts for the historic areas off North Main Street. I also serve on the Blue Ribbon Bond Committee for Richland County School District One.
My love of the arts and all things creative has lead me to serve the arts in any way I can. I was Vice-Chair for the City of Columbia Mayor’s Arts Task Force and have served on the board of The Power Company, a modern dance troupe based at Columbia College and served on the board of the Columbia Music Festival Association. I am a past community representative for the Cultural Council of Richland and Lexington Counties. I landscape homes and do design work for people in my spare time and have written grants for landscaping parks in the City of Columbia. Green, environmentally safe projects are also a passion. I am the founder of Runaway Runway, a “green” fashion show put on each year in Columbia. All of the outfits are designed by locals who make outfits for a runway show made out of recycled materials.
I solely represent one of Columbia's most talented builder teams, Celtic Works (www.celticworks.com). The craftsmanship and attention to detail in these homes is amazing.
