Len Ross of Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors is Elected to the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of Central South Carolina and Charleston

Columbia, SC-Len Ross, Broker-in-Charge of Russell & Jeffcoat Realtor’s Northeast office, will serve as Board member of the Better Business Bureau of Central South Carolina and Charleston. Ross is an active member of the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors and has served as the Orientation Instructor for the Realtor’s Code of Ethics for the past 12 years. The Realtor’s Code of Ethics sets high professional standards for Realtor’s regarding how they conduct business with customers, clients and other agents. Therefore, the Better Business Bureau board position is a perfect fit for him and the Better Business Bureau.

Ross joined the top company in Columbia, Bob Russell Realty, Inc. (before its change to Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors, Inc.), and soon became a Million Dollar Producer. He was named the company’s Training Director in his first full year there. In 1983, Ross became the Assistant Manager of Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors’ Metro office. A year later he was promoted to Branch Manager/Broker-in-Charge of the Northeast office. His skills in directing and training his sales agents are readily apparent, as his office is one of the top selling and listing offices in the midlands of South Carolina. Under his leadership, Ross’s office has consistently ranked number one of Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors’ thirteen offices for the past nineteen years.
