Columbia, SC- Edwin Gerace, an agent with Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors, was appointed to serve on the Town of Lexington Planning Commission.

The Planning Commission reviews site plans for residential and commercial projects. The commission also helps guide the Town of Lexington’s growth by making recommendations to the Town Council regarding areas such as annexation, planned developments, rezoning and the comprehensive plan.
