Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors, Inc. Managers Attend Leadership Course
Columbia, SC- Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors, Inc. Managers Phil Jenkins, Pontiac office, and Preston Young, Blythewood office, attended the Performance Leadership course offered by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers.
The Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers is a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, and the premier industry organization for brokers, owners and managers. For nearly 40 years, the Council has helped real estate professionals adapt to the complex challenges of delivering quality service, streamlining operations, integrating new technology and innovating business strategies. The CRB Designation is one of the oldest and most respected in the industry. The Performance Leadership: Attract, Develop & Keep Successful Sales Associates course is a two-day program designed to address important issues. The objectives for the course include: learn to recruit, develop and retain highly performing sales associates, understand how to apply the appropriate leadership approach based on the individual, establish a strategy to make sure existing sales associates achieve their full potential and build and implement a strategy to attract effective and productive sales associates. This course is very exclusive, with only 19 brokers attending from around the country.
Phil Jenkins is a Lifetime Member of the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors Million Dollar Club. He is also a member of the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce and the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia. Jenkins has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation.
Young has been involved in the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors organization in many roles and most recently as the 2008 President of the GCAR. Young was named the 2008 Realtor of the Year by the GCAR. He was honored as a member of the Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors President’s Club and as a Life Member of the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors’ Circle of Excellence. Young has earned several designations, including: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). He is a member of the Blythewood Business Coalition.
