Columbia, SC- Russell & Jeffcoat Realtor, Luz Bouleris, agent in the St. Andrews office, recently earned the Accredited Home-Staging Specialist, AHS designation.
The AHS certification enables Realtors to better serve the needs of clients through a comprehensive understanding of what appeals visually and aesthetically to the average home buyer. Staging is a crucial important step needed to get a buyer interested in a house because it allows them to visualize themselves living in the property.
Bouleris has been in the real estate industry since 2006. Prior to becoming a Realtor, She was a manager for a consulting company that specialized in designing computer systems for government agencies. Bouleris holds a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and masters degree in Transportation Engineering. She believes in enhancing her skills and knowledge through continuing professional education.
