Columbia, SC- Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors, Inc. recently held a graduation ceremony for its newest sales associates. 20 agents completed the Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors advanced new agent training course, which is the areas most state-of-the-art course. The course offers hands-on training coupled with extensive knowledge taught by one of real estates top trainers. Sales Associates who graduated include: Nathan Arnold, Brian Barton, Terryn Cooper, Sandra Durham, Lawrence Garris, Stephanie Glock, Joy Glover, Charmaine Griffith, Tammy Harsey, Michael Hays, Don Horton, Lisa Jeffcoat, Steve King, Lisa Marini, Angie Morgan, Debi Paglia, Lolita Patterson, Dee Dee Porter, Davitte Richardson and Richard Snipes.

Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors’ Advanced Training Course provides an introduction to real estate as practiced in the Midlands. Students gain an understanding of local real estate practices and procedures as they apply to agency, contracts, the closing process, finance, marketing, working with buyers and sellers and business development. The first 30 hours of the course also meet the State of South Carolina’s mandatory continuing education requirements for first year licensees with a provisional license.
