Go to the first stoplight and take a left onto Lost Creek Drive. Follow Lost Creek Drive for approximately 5 miles where the sign for Chestnut Hill Plantation is located. Enter the neighborhood and drive to Bluff Point which will be located on your right. Turn right on Bluff Point and follow the signs to the Bluff II.
