Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors Names Broker-in-Charge

(COLUMBIA, SC – June 2, 2009) Ron Roe, CEO of Russell and Jeffcoat Realtors, announced the addition of Judy Downing to the Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors management team. Downing will serve as Broker-in-Charge of the company’s Blythewood Office. Judy is an experienced Real Estate Broker, CSP, and CMP. In addition, she was one of only two real estate brokers in South Carolina earning the MIRM (Member, Institute of Residential Marketing) designation at the International Builders Convention earlier this year.

She received her initial Real Estate training with a major national builder in Dallas, Texas, in 1998, concentrating on construction, finance, and client services. Since then, she has been very successful in the South Carolina residential market, as well as in land acquisition for various clients. She is a Past Chairman of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association, presently serving as co-chair of the program committee. She currently serves as Secretary of the Columbia Home Builders Charitable Foundation and is a member of the Ambassadors Committee. She is a lifetime member of the Greater Columbia Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence, and is currently a member of the Community Service, Public Relations and Professional Standards Committees of the Central Carolina Association of Realtors.
